Registration Process!

Special Olympics Maine will be piloting a new registration format for Head Of Delegation’s! HOD’s will now be using Excel to complete full Delegation Registrations! This will allow the HOD to see their full roster (Coaches AND Athletes) at one time. HOD’s will be able to save a copy of their registration to their computer for their record, along with being able to work on rosters periodically leading up to the deadline, instead of completing registrations online without being able to save their progress!

Step 1: Download Registration Excel (Coaches can “right click” and save the link URL to download. Files will be saved as an Excel file)

Step 2: Save a copy of the Registration Excel to your computer. (“‘Delegation Name’-CentralSoccer” as file name)

Step 3: Complete a row for each Delegation member. Complete all necessary YELLOW HIGHLIGHTED columns.

Step 4: Save your completed registration copy

Step 5: Email full Delegation registration to MikeL@somaine.org

Events:

Athletes may choose between:

Soccer Team Competition: Traditional or Unified 5v5 Soccer Team. Each team must have a minimum of 5 team members, for Unified Sports a team must have a minimum of 3 Athletes and 2 Unified Partners.
