Description: Welcome to the Young Athletes Festival, a joyful celebration dedicated to our youngest athletes aged 2-7 who are eagerly exploring the world of sports and play. While they may not yet be ready for our traditional sporting events, this festival offers them a vibrant platform to showcase their budding talents and enthusiasm.

At the festival, participants will engage in a variety of sports and play skills stations carefully designed to nurture their development. From mastering foundational skills to honing techniques in walking, running, balance, jumping, trapping, catching, throwing, striking, and kicking, each station offers a dynamic and enriching experience.

For those who have dedicated themselves to the 6-8 week program offered through their community center or school, the festival serves as a rewarding culmination of their hard work and dedication. It’s a moment to celebrate their progress and achievements.

For newcomers attending the festival for the first time, it’s an exciting introduction to the world of Young Athletes and Special Olympics. It’s a chance to experience the joy of sportsmanship and camaraderie in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Join us as we come together to celebrate the spirit of athleticism and the boundless potential of our young stars at the Young Athletes Festival.
