Let Us Know You’re Coming\n\n\n\nHeads of Delegation (HODs) should complete the Intent to Participate Form for their delegation. \n\n\n\nIf your delegation has athletes in both age groups\, please submit the form twice—once for 21 & Under and once for 22 & Over. \n\n\n\n2. Watch for Registration\n\n\n\nEvent registration will be sent to everyone who completed the Intent to Participate Form approximately four weeks before the competition. \n\n\n\n3. Register Your Delegation\n\n\n\nYour HOD will receive instructions for completing the official event registration\, including athletes and coaches participating in the tournament. \n\n\n\nDon’t have a team yet?We’d still love to help you get involved! Visit our Become an Athlete page and complete the Athlete Intake Form. DESCRIPTION:Join us for an introducotry fitness class designed to help you build strength\, confidence\, and healthy habits.  \n\n\n\nWe start with a 15 minute warm up\, followed by a 30 min workout circuit where well learn and practice simple body weight exercises. \n\n\n\nAll fitness levels welcome\, and exercises can be modified to meet your needs. \n\n\n\nAges 14+ \n\n\n\nThis is a drop-in style event\, anyone is welcome to come and participate!  \n\n\n\n\nQUESTIONS? The Lobster Dip is Special Olympics Maine’s largest fundraiser of the year\, bringing together thousands of brave “dippers\,” spectators\, and supporters on Old Orchard Beach every New Year’s Day. \n\n\n\nGather in front of The Brunswick as participants take the icy leap into the ocean to raise funds and awareness for Special Olympics Maine athletes.
