Athletics (Track & Field)

Athletics (Track and Field) events encourage athletes of all abilities and ages to compete at their optimum level. Through our track-and-field-based training program, participants can develop total fitness to compete in any sport. As with all sports, athletics offers athletes the opportunity to learn through skill development and competitive settings, and to be involved in large social groups.

 

Track events range from walks and sprints, to the relays and wheelchair events. While Field events include the running and standing long jump, shot put, and softball throw.
