The First-Ever Super Plunge – We Are Ready to Take the Challenge!
The Super Plunge is not your average dip—it’s a test of endurance, dedication, and heart! Hosted by the Maine Law Enforcement Torch Run (LETR), this 24-hour challenge will see 15 brave plungers take an icy dive into the Atlantic every hour on the hour for 24 hours—all to support Special Olympics Maine!
When: March 29-30, 2025 (Noon – 11 AM)
Where: Norseman Resort, Ogunquit, ME
Why: To raise funds and awareness for Special Olympics Maine, empowering athletes with intellectual disabilities through year-round sports and opportunities.
How You Can Get Involved:

Sponsor a Plunger or the Event – Businesses donating $500 or more will have their logo on an individual plunger’s shirt, and donations of $1,000+ will be recognized as event sponsors!
