Role: Bowling Lane Monitor Volunteer

Purpose:

Assist athletes and coaches during bowling competition by helping keep the assigned lane organized, supporting smooth competition flow, and ensuring athletes have a positive and enjoyable experience.

  • Report to the assigned lane and check in with the competition staff.
  • Welcome and encourage athletes as they arrive at the lane.
  • Help athletes understand the lane rotation and when it is their turn to bowl.
  • Assist with keeping bowling balls and equipment organized.
  • Notify staff on lane mechanical issues.
  • Notify staff with any scoring issues.
  • Help communicate with staff when assistance is needed.
